Trudex A1 18-8435 Lathe tool block for Okuma LB-15 lathe. 45mm x 80mm bolt pattern. Includes VM40-QLFN-25 adapter (compatible with Kennametal KM-40 modular tool holders). The unit has been modified. One end of the thru-hole has been plugged, and the block has been modified to allow thru-coolant flow.

Has some corrosion and surface wear, but looks to be in good working condition.
