Lathe tool block for Okuma LB-15 and LU-15 Lathes. Has two external coolant fittings, a 45mm x 80mm bolt pattern and a 1.5 inch ID. There are signs of wear, grinding marks, and corrosion, but the tool block looks to be in good working condition.
