Lathe Tool Block, For Okuma LB-15 and LU-15, with Valenite VM40-QLFN-25 Adapter

  
Lathe tool block for Okuma LB-15 and LU-15 lathes. 45mm x 80mm bolt pattern. Includes VM40-QLFN-25 adapter (compatible with Kennametal KM-40 modular tool holders). One end of the thru-hole has been plugged, and the block has been modified to allow thru-coolant flow. The clamping action was tested and works as intended.

Has some corrosion and surface wear, but looks to be in good working condition.
