Haas SL-40 Lathe Turret Bolt on Clamp for 2-1/2 I. Tooling w/ Coolant Through Back Plate. This is a BOT style tool holder block that is used for clamping Haas lathe ID tools to the turret. ID Centerline Height = 1.625. Bolt Hole Pattern = 4.134 x 2.756. Comes with (4) 5/8-11 cap screws. (2) Coolant nozzle extension fittings.

And (2) Coolant Plug Screws (used for through tool coolant). Haas ST-40L, ST-45, ST-50, ST-40, ST-45, and ST-55 Series lathes with BOT or VB Hybrid turrets.
